SCOTUS just said. This sucks! Now you have to get your employer's permission to allow you to get birth control. Your employer!

Next they will kill the ACA? Or will this make the ACA more popular.

7. Deceptive OP title

Women in the ACA CAN get contraception if their employer allows it. If the employer does not, they cannot, which is really stupid. This decision will have to be countered by bolstering the ACA.
It isn't about whether the employer "allows" it; it's about who pays for it.

1. This Is Stupidly False, Part 1: A woman or man can walk into CVS or Walgreens and pay for the full variety of contraceptives with cash or magic plastic without consulting their employer.

2. This Is Stupidly False, Part 2: This ruling in no way prevents XYZ Inc. from including paying for contraceptives under their health plan.

3. This Is Stupidly False, Part 3: Because it's a BigPig post.

BTW, brand name condoms can be bought for $16-$40 for a package of 36 on Amazon. So at least one common form of contraception is readily available OTC and won't break anybody's bank. Though condoms probably can't be bought with an EBT card, which might affect a few DUpipo (from the pix I've seen, very few).

Could the women this ruling applies to setup a FSA for buying contraception or maybe go to Planned Parenthood to get contraception?

I believe FSAs are governed by and operated in accordance with Federal regs. The ones I've had have been run by companies other than my employers. So I think the answer to the FSA part of your question is "Yes". This would not satisfy a "good" Prog, though, because the $$ for an FSA is from the employee's earnings, and Catholic and other religious organizations are not forced to violate their religious beliefs. Especially the latter.
