If people cant go to the polls and the USPS is crippled, what can red states do to prevent the election from being completed?

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but if any states don't hold elections, then they don't get Representatives (or Senators for those seats in contention) to determine the outcome of the Electoral College or, if insufficient electors, the result of the election.

I don't know what you mean by "prevent the election from being completed". There's no deadlock condition. If a candidate fails to win enough of the electors, then it goes to Congress to decide. If any states have vacancies in Congress at that time, then it's simply tough shit for them.

Red states are opening up, it is the blue states that are crippling themselves. Even during a lock down Wisconsin just showed that going to vote had minimal impact on new Chinese Lung Flu cases. If there is a concern, just use social distancing and other onsite measures to minimize the risk.

I hear they are using refrigerated trucks at nursing homes in New York where Cuomo sent COVID-19 patients that were still contagious. It was Cuomo's plan to kill old people.
