How would Hillary Clinton have handled the pandemic?

First, as a former Secy. of State, she would know what working with China entails. She would know not to take their word on anything. She would have pushed to get our people there on the ground and reporting back. IOW, she would have exhausted all containment efforts.

Second, she would have followed Obama's pandemic response playbook because her state department probably contributed to it.

Third, she would have mobilzed getting PPE equipment to hospitals.

Fourth, she would have fast tracked the testing.

Fifth, she would listen to her public health experts.

And all along the way, Republicans, Fox News, and the right wing would be fighting her and screaming conspiracy theories to the high heavens.

2. She wouldn't have wanted to sound the alarm any more than anyone else would, but she would have I'm sure. She would have still had the pandemic response team and more help at the CDC. There is no way she would have ignored them. But, she may not have gotten any cooperation from Congress at all. Democrats might not have controlled the House.

Yeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaahhhh. I do not think Yavin4's fantasy would even happen in the Star Wars universe, let alone any realistic alternate universe. Certainly not this one. OTOH, his/her third, fourth, and fifth steps were what Trump did, of which Yavin4 is predictably ignorant.

Wow, it's nice to see that Laelth, who was once a reasonably active member here although never disguising his political sentiments, is still alive and well on Skins's island.

I had my doubts, watching how a few years ago he folded to Jugs, shredding any manhood and masculinity he ever had.

China won't even let WHO in to investigate and WHO is owned by the ChiComs.

Obama can't even get his Library built.

And Durham has the Foundation under investigation again.  They were allegedly doing things like diluting AIDS-medicine with water in far-flung, 'hard to investigate' places like rural South Africa, etc.  And I think they even had a 'water-scandal' in some the same places...  'selling'/distributing tap-water in plastic-bottles.
