I hope Gustav poops out and just sends gentle breezes throughout the gulf but I doubt that will occur. But images on live news next week of a powerful storm while the republicans tell America to vote for them would be justly deserved.

They are actually hoping that a city gets hit again and takes massive, mostly minority, casualities because it will make Republicans "Look Bad".

     That is as bad as hoping that planes leaving Denver, carrying Democrats back to Washington, San Francisco, New York, and LA, somehow crash, with no survivors. I mean, I HOPE it doesn't happen....but you know, things happen.

gee for a bunch of folks who six months ago expected a cakewalk election, they sure do sound desperate for any point to be made for their sie. Even if it involves ruining the lives of a bunch of people to do so.

The sad Irony is it would probably help republicans because you know that relief effort and compassion will be woven right in to the convention if such an awful thing were to happen.

Then DU would be all about "OMG Rethuglikkkans used a natural disaster to make political points!!!!!11!!!1"
