Be honest, when Trump was elected did this enter your mind?

He will wreck the economy and ruin our lives. We all thought it, will all saw the obvious. We did not know what form it would take, but we knew it would happen.

This is why we have always thought the Trump voters had lost their minds. They were unable, refused to recognize what a child could recognize. It is flat out scary what the Trump voters have done and are still doing.

We have been vindicated and it is a very sad vindication.

I didn't predict a pandemic, but I did predict he would become a dictator, would kill a lot of people, and debase the country. Oh, and utterly wreck the economy. I moved my 401K to cash in 2017.

8. I tried to convince myself that Trump would show off his *ss once too much

and most people would eventually get tired of his antics and abandon him. Plus, that, he would be far more constrained than what he has actually been by all the limits on his authority that Republicans put on President Obama (which I was clearly wrong about).

I DO think that Trump *is* wearing people out by his antics and incompetence and that will *probably* be enough to drive him out of office but I'm not taking anything for granted and am perplexed that he has any supporters left at this point. I did NOT anticipate the sheer scale of the horrific public health and economic disaster that is currently unfolding.

You know, if he was treated like Carter, all the media would be running a clock or something like the Iran hostage crisis.

I was expecting something more self serving like ignoring a terrorist warning and having an attack or even something of a false flag along that vein. Even enough provocation to force Iran to take an action that would have to be responded to with overwhelming force (just wait that will be the second term if he gets reelected).

We knew he would destroy the country. My hunch was he would antagonize terrorists who would launch nuclear weapons at us. That may have come from being a child of the cold war.

Their success has been in harnessing the stupids in this country. They are armed and ready to go for whatever vents their resentment and anger.

I didn't predict a pandemic  You mean the chinese pandemic?, but I did predict he would become a dictator you guys are whining that he hasn't been enough of a dictator, meanwhile state/local liberal politicians are drunk with their new "power" to restrict American's freedoms, would kill a lot of people most deaths are in liberal state/cities run by liberal politicians, and debase the country. Oh, and utterly wreck the economy Have you checked the stock market prior to Mid February 2020?. I moved my 401K to cash in 2017 and lost out on huge gains,  Your loss sucker.

Which one is that again?  I meant to look into that and forgot.

I’ve put $20k into 2 different stocks in the last month and both are already performing fairly well, but it’s going to take a bit for them to hit their high mark and I’ll sell them.

He gave me the stock symbol in another thread once and I meant to write it down to research and I forgot. My mistake. I still have some funds I want to play with. I enjoy messing in the market and have had really good success. This last purchase should pay off very well if I’m right. I think it will take a year, but I’m expecting a 300% return on my investment.
