The convention suppose to be about Obama, but it appears that it is all about the Clintons (again). Will they ever go away?

I dunno.  I thought the convention was supposed to be about unifying Democrats.

They have the power to just about shut down the PUMA bullshit if they do this right.

Bill Clinton is a former Democratic president. Hillary came in a strong second. Historically such figures are given prime time slots.

Aren't PUMAs Democrats?  Isn't the convention supposed to be about unifying Democrats?

16. This post is either another example of the self-defeating obsession some people have with the Clintons or an inflammatory post from a subversive meant to sow further discontent within the party. While the Rove machine is gearing up and the Republicans are setting their sights on winning, the Democrats are bickering about bullshit. McCain is the ****ing enemy, not the Clintons! Just keep the shit up and don't be surprised when McCain wins. Some will blame the Clintons for that, as well, but in reality it will be our own damn fault. This election is not in the bag.

Not only is this election not in the bag, it's not off the shelf yet either.

As I was channel switching last night the message was suffocated by all the gibber jabber about when she would release the delegates.

This has gone on too long. I used to care about honoring a great achievement but I've seen the polls and all I care about right now is WINNING!!

that so many Obama "supporters" think he's lying, or too stupid to know when he's being taken for a ride. I keep hearing him state that the Clintons are on board, and they have his backing and support, and vice-versa, but some of his more "avid" supporters seem to be showing a huge lack of confidence in his judgment, in fact, far less than myself, a Clinton supporter who is voting for Obama. My, my, the burden of illogical paranoia.

A year ago, I was telling anyone who would listen that The Beast would be the most unqualified presidential nominee in the history of our republic. Then this black muslim comes out of the Chicago hood to somehow steal the democrat nomination. Can you imagine the despair felt by the handful of misguided but otherwise responsible, civilized dems who still exist? Compared with this guy, Hillary, hell,  even Screamer Dean, looks like a senior statesman.
