"It's what's in the trunk".

You may have heard someone ask---quite reasonably--- "Why can't the Congressional Republicans just admit they made a big mistake in supporting Trump and get rid of him so we can move on as a nation?"

This is similar, in my mind, to the occasional news story we see about a driver who, when a LEO attempted to pull them over for a minor traffic offense, sped away and eventually, after miles of high-speed chase and a shootout, was arrested for multiple felonies. His trunk, you see, was filled with either multiple duffel bags of hundred dollar bill's or dead bodies.

It wasn't the speeding ticket that they were running from; it was what they knew was in the trunk.

Mr. McConnell, Mr. Graham, Mr. Cotton---the others who continue to run from the truth about Trump---what's in you trunk?

Ah, yes.... the "If you have done nothing wrong, you have nothing to fear, comrade" method of argumentation.

They have nothing.  The DUmmies know they have nothing so their only recourse is to, "Yeah, but, we didn't see all the evidence" knowing full well they are lying.

Why can't the left admit they wrong about Trump, so that we can move on as a country? Oh yeah, because the last thing that occurs to them is "maybe I'm wrong".

The driver of the car knows full well not to trust dirty corrupt policeman Schiff because it is well known that he plants evidence and has multiple throw down guns to make it appear as if you are guilty.

As hard as it is to believe, I think the DUmmys are actually getting stupider.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

4. I agree, for those Senators who so disparage Trump during the 2016 primary and now sing his praises.

I personally think Putin has dirt on them he has shared with Trump and Trump is holding it over their heads. Specifically, McConnell, Rubio and Graham. For a lot of the others, they know Trump's a stink bomb, but their constituents support his agenda: get rid of brown, black people, no more immigrants, unless they have European ancestry and anti-abortion.

Trump won them over by being a great president.  And it's not just senators, he has been winning over lots of ordinary citizens too.
We will make America strong again. We will make America proud again. We will make America safe again. And we will make America great again.
