a colleague of mine who partook of way too much cocaine in the Seventies has it: he has involuntary spasms of his jaw which cause it to move left and right two or three times in extremis. It is difficult to witness.

These are the morons who have been hyperventilating over one 10 second sentence out of a 47 minute long speech that was perfectly timed for several flyovers. They're seeing and hearing things, probably in their :stoner: s and :drunksailor: s.
