To be sure, almost any of this crowd could do the job. The issue now is WINNING.

Group Two - Carry On but chances are between slim and none
Beto O'Rourke
Amy Klobuchar (who was my very first pick to support)

I listened to some of KSFO's morming drive show while heading for the gym this AM and their assessment was pretty similar, not that hosts Brian Sussman and Katie Green agree with much of anything said in Free-Shit Auction, Part 1.

Fox News was on one of the TVs near my treadmill, and Cory Booker's look when Bobby launched into his obviously memorized and rehearsed but poorly done Spanish segment (Bobby has lived in Texas how long without knowing Spanish is spoken much more quickly than he did?!). Booker had a, "I can't believe you're doing this, and so badly!" look that was a mile long :rotf: .

Oh geezuz gawd.

The sparkling old dude and I come close to agreeing; I was rather more impressed by Spartacus than any of the other nine candidates, and here the senator from New Jersey is the sparkling old dude's second choice.

My choice of course is academic, as I hope to vote for the Republican incumbent in the elections.  But when it comes to "favorite Democrat candidate," for whatever it's worth, until Hilda jumps into the race in July or August 2020, Spartacus is franksolich's man.

It was inevitable, I suppose, that no matter how well or how badly she did, bespectacled Liz was going to be the sparkling old dude's first choice, because he does whatever his much-younger trophy wife, who has him by the nose and by the balls, tells him to do.

Based on the clips I've heard, the only non crazy one was Tulsi Gabbard.  Plus she's kinda hawt. :tongue:
