SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY!!!!!!
« on: August 24, 2008, 11:31:14 AM »
Pinned down like a bug on a board with my on-call.

Sigh.

And it's a perfect day.

The daughter is going shopping for school clothes today and my wife is heading home from her adventures in Business Women Gang Wilding in Milwaukee today.  :hyper:

I'm grabbing a big roast beast out of the freezer to thaw for dinner later.

Anybody doing anything groovy today?

I'm making an apple crisp for my birthday and I'm watching the first season of Lost. A co-worker lent me the DVD's insisting that I must watch this show. I hate the idea of getting into another TV show, but I must say, Lost is very intriguing so far. I'm halfway through it.

I'm hot for Sawyer. I will not lie. Wannabe cowboys with troubled pasts must do it for me.

I had a loooong night and I didn't actually go to sleep until after 3 this morning.

Today, I've done nothing.  I don't plan on actually doing anything either.

Is laundry "goovy"?

Also, stopping by your place for dinner and jendf's for dessert. (Happy Birthday)

I went to the park/pool with another family for an "End of the Summer" do-hicky.  Kids had a good time, had some good food,  Good afternoon all around.

I looked at the clock earlier, and couldn't believe it was only 6:30...I'm very sleepy this evening for some reason!

Tomorrow is the last day before school starts.  We met the youngest's teacher on Friday, and I'm holding hope that she challenges him this year!

The highlight of my day was watering the lawn.

Home from work, finally.  I got a raise today!  :cheersmate:    That was my second raise in a six-month time frame. :-)
If you want to worship an orange pile of garbage with a reckless disregard for everything, get on down to Arbys & try our loaded curly fries.
