The Most Transparent President
Yes that is what he called himself despite:
Fake Medical 1
No Tax Returns 2
Suing the Banks 3
...
Ordering staff to stay away from Congressional Hearings 4
1 If this is a reference to being deferred from the draft due to a heel bone spur, that would have been diagnosed with an X-ray that showed the bone spur. Speaking as one whose physical endeavors have been hampered for over a year by plantar fasciitis, I hope
mal learns first hand what trying to walk with a bone spur or plantar fasciitis is like. Ordinarily I would not wish such pain on others, but I make an exception for malevolent people like
mal or
Nematode. BTW,
mal is speaking of events 50 years in the past if she is referring to Trump's bone spur.
OTOH if
mal is referring to Trump's physicals, his activity level pretty much demonstrates the truth of what
mal disputes. This, too, is medical information which Trump is not legally required to make public.
2 This, too, is private information which Trump is not legally required to make public.
3 mal is being obscure,
assuming DU-folk know what she speaks of. I believe she is referring to Trump having sued a couple of banks to prevent the release of info about his private financial dealings.
mal wouldn't understand this, but the 4th Amendment requires that searches and subpoenas be based on probable cause connected to an actual crime. The House is not "investigating" a crime and has no probable cause. The Ds in control of the House are just engaging in a fishing expedition for something they can misrepresent as grounds for impeachment or for a campaign talking point.
4 There's this thing commonly called "Executive Privilege". It means that when Executive Branch people advise or act for (in a legal manner) the President in matters within and having to do with the Executive Branch it is none of Congress' damn business. This, too, is the Ds in control of the House engaging in a fishing expedition for something they can misrepresent as grounds for impeachment or for a campaign talking point.
