Cringing jurors watch Duncan torture boy on tape
Quote
Joseph Edward Duncan III, acting as his own attorney, had argued against playing the videos, saying it would turn jurors "into my victims" as they decide whether he should be executed.

Duncan kidnapped the boy, Dylan Groene, and his sister, Shasta, in May 2005 after murdering their older brother, their mother and her fiance in the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, area. The two young children were taken deep into the Lolo National Forest, where they endured weeks of horrendous abuse at Duncan's hands.

The videos and photos taken at the cabin show Duncan forcing the boy to perform a sex act, whipping him with a belt and hanging him with a wire noose until the boy passed out.

"The devil is here, boy, the devil himself. The demon couldn't do what the devil sent him to do so the devil came himself," Duncan yells in one video. "The devil likes to watch children suffer and cry."

Asshat has already been found guilty.  Judge needs to find the most raggedy-assed "technicality" excuse he can come up with to declare a mistrial, and apologize profusely for allowing such an egregious violation of Mr. Duncan's rights as an upstanding citizen.  Over a live telecast.

He then needs to remand Mr. Duncan over to the sheriff's department for processing his immediate release.  Over a live telecast.

It should take 5-6 hours for Mr. Duncan's release to be "processed", again with the sheriff apologizing profusely for any and all harsh treatment he has endured during his incarceration.  As he escorts Mr. Duncan - the newly re-made "free man" - personally, to the front door of the county sheriff's office/county detention center.  Out the front door, and then locks the door behind him.

Justice might possibly be served if this were to happen.

If he had a defense attorney I would say someone needed punched in the balls.  However, in this case I wish he would just shoot himself 20 or 30 times and then die very slowly.
All the great things are simple, and many can be expressed in a single word: freedom, justice, honor, duty, mercy, hope.

They need one of Saddam's industrial plastic shredders for this POS.  They should set it on "Slow" and send him through feet first.
