Looks like Hillary or a Hillary supporter wants to step all over Housegate and the VP pick.
Gosh, she did a twofer.
For McCain, Hillary is the gift that keeps on giving.
FYI, Drudge has her as the headline.
“She was never vetted,†a Democratic official reported. “She was not asked for a single piece of paper. She and Senator Obama have never had a single conversation about it. How would he know if she’d take it?â€
The official also said Clinton never met with Obama’s vetting team of Eric Holder and Caroline Kennedy.

10. He means that while media should be focused on McCain's housing problem they're now refocusing on what should be a nonstory about Clinton and the long known fact that she wouldn't be VP because there was no vetting process for her and Bill's records.

16. This is more of Bill and Hill trying to redirect discussion to THEM.
God forbid anyone should talk about McCain's ten houses or the about to be named Democratic VP nominee.
They are experts at one thing and one thing only: creating distractions with political theater.
Then there's a string of primitives who didn't hear the bowel movement primitive's explanation above.

Primitive reading comprehension must be zero, zilch; the bowel movement primitive already explained it above.

8. Hey I call it as I see it.
The dumbfudge primitive; John McCain's best friend, driving away 50.2% of the Democrats who voted for the worthier Democrat candidate.

15. That doesn't make HRC and her operatives immune to criticism
Sorry, but I am sick to death of this mentality here that Hillary can't be criticized just because the primaries are over. If it looks like she or people close to her are doing anything to undermine Obama, they deserve to be called out for it, just as any other Democrat who gives only tepid support to Obama or acts in a way that could hurt his chances should be called out for it.

And I think it's pretty lame to blame this on Hillary.

9. Who else would know? Its either her or her people.
I doubt the team is leaking it.
I'm basing this on process of elimination.
Also look at the terminology "She" was never vetted...not "He" didn't ask for information on her.
POV says its coming from someone close to her.
The dumbfudge primitive, John McCain's best friend, applying the cat o' nine-tails rather than the olive branch to the 50.2% of the Democrats who supported the worthier Democrat candidate.

13. True, but any excuse to stir some shit and relive the glorious primary wars, no matter how desperate and transparent, is sufficient for some people around here.
Like what the dumbfudge primitive, John McCain's best friend, is doing.

12. Yes, it's yet another cry baby story from the campaign that won't die.
Of course she wasn't vetted. What we know in the public record is sufficient to disqualify her from consideration.
For those who don't understand how a story like this gets printed, it happens when Hillary asks one of her supporters with access to a journalist to call said journalist and leak the story.

17. "Vetting" means to do a thoughout workout and background check on a person
Why would the Obama campaign waste time and resources on vetting one half of the most famous...or infamous depending on POV...political couple of the century. They have been in the bullseye since Bill's first stint as governor some 30-ish years ago. The many skeletons were blasted out of their many closets a long time ago.
