I witnessed a sexual assault in the military

As did a group of about 10 people. I started to run for help to get the officer of the day and was restrained by two men, they prevented me from getting help. I broke free and ran! I got help. The officer and I ran back to the incident taking place outside of the barracks. A man was attacking a woman. He must have seen the officer and I running after them... he picked up the woman, threw her over his shoulder and ran! 

We ran after them... and ran... and ran... 

We lost them! He must have gone into one of the barracks. 

Later, I was summoned to testify along with two other people. We sat outside the proceedings. Someone came out and dismissed us. That was it. Nothing ever happened to the guy! Nothing! We didn't even get to tell our story.


Do they really believe their own bullshit?
So a man picked up a woman, over his shoulder and was able to out run two adults?

Then "nothing happened" after the fact?

My sister was in the Army in the '60's and she was an officer's secretary. He got her pregnant, she was discharged because of it (at least it was honorably) and nothing ever happened to the officer.

Also, you do know that in basic training they train carrying much more weight than what some women weigh.

They are predictable. I guess that DU-moron llmart didn't think through the part about basic training far enough to realize that all concerned had that same training, and the ones not burdened by a 120-160-pound (higher?) therefore would still be faster. There's a reason many runners train wearing weighted backpacks or belts!

They're so stupid. Military people can move a long way with a 120 rucksack but they don't do it at a sprint AND outrun whoever is chasing them.

I guess this is why I like laughing at them. They so badly want to believe, they suspend reality to get their end result.

No way in HELL would the military just drop the investigation of that kind. After tall those high profile trials going way back to the 80's if not longer and how many high ranking officers have been kicked out of the services? I don't fracking think so.
