No.

They don't even have to be lawyers.  A SCOTUS Justice can be Joe Shat the ragman with no CV at all.  There are exactly ZERO requirements for the office.  The incumbent need only pass Senate advise and consent.

They're probably disappointed that his "idea" was wrong.

But think about it. Other than the DC Circuit, how many circuit courts see as many as one case in a year dealing with classified information? Or in a decade? Ever?
