I am sick and tired of having my so-called loyalties and beliefs ridiculed because I happened to support someone different than you in the Primary. Get over it. The odds are that I'm more progressive than most of those questioning me. I've been on her for years and have nothing to prove. Nor do posters like MarrahG and others who didn't even support Hillary. We are being forced to self-censor EVERYTHING.

Guess what? If there's a GLBT bigot on the ticket, I'm not voting for the ticket. I refuse to vote for a person who is actively wanting to either stop my rights advancing or take them away all together. That doesn't make me anti Obama or anti Democratic Party, it just makes me refuse to be passively allow myself to eb discriminated against. I don't think Senator Obama will chose an anti gay rights VP, but it is very disturbing to me that so many DUers want him to. We are compromising enough on choice as it is. No one should try to shame and bully someone else into voting against their civil rights. I don't want Tim Kaine one heartbeat away from the Oval Office. Thinking this means I'd vote for JOHN MCCAIN show how very little they know about the heart and soul of DU.

And I expect this to be deleted by people who cannot deal with this fact... there is an element of it and it is damn scary to those of us who understand history

Obama is nothing like Hitler and Obama's supporters are nothing like Hitler's supporters. Therefore, there is no fascist loyalty oath being demanded on DU.

I would also assert that your being willing to compare our nominee and those of us who support him to anything that happened in Nazi Germany is rather disturbing.
