Liberals think so one dimensional (me me me me me me)...
I never thought much about this even when close with a woman, because it seems to me women don't give men any sympathy for the periodic physical discomforts and the wild mood swings we go through. Why pain in a woman deserves attention, but pain in a man doesn't, escapes me.
Fortitude seems a near-extinct virtue these days. I, and then my younger brother, came along when our mother was just minutes away from menopause, for example, but all during our infancy and toddlerhood, ostensibly one of the most trying times of a woman's life, she remained calm, composed, on an even keel, never giving anyone the slightest clue anything was wrong.
How in Hell did women manage it, from pre-history up until about 1970, without whining?
