I'm not charismatic and not a good speaker. So am I useless?

And sometimes I can be socially inept.

I was raised to believe that integrity involved honest hard work, not talking a good game.

Why is it the ones with charisma, who like to talk and be social are being called for to work on the Obama campaign.

I would imagine a lot of people who aren't great talkers can still offer their help, but I see no call for anyone except talkers.

I always avoided clawing my way up any ladder, I just am willing to put in my time in an honest manner, so I'm financially poor and I'm being used by others which takes up almost all my time. In the past I've offered my skills and received crickets in response. It's like I'm just a ghost.
Geez. So "Not Charismatic", "Can't speak well" and "Socially Inept". Man alive.  And they didn't imediately put him in charge of press relations or on a podium warming up the crowds for Saint Obama.  Go figger.  :loser:

1. Have you visited a local Obama campaign office to volunteer?
There are dozens of volunteer opportunities that don't require speaking skills that I am sure they would put you in.
Stop by an office and talk to the local organizer, express your desires to work and what you would be willing to do.

4. It's obvious three is no call for people's skills
Yeah I can just be an oddball there like I am everywhere else.

I've signed up, expressed my interests. It's obviously people's skills are not appreciated.

If their campaign is so well organized why isn't there anyone visionary enough to to harness the variety of skills that people have, other than talking and licking envelopes.

I will have to come back later, need to get to work.
I mean seriously WTF is wrong with Obama'S campaign staff?!  Surely some guy who makes coffee for a living and lives in his parents basement surrounded by anime porn and his wolf suit should be able to contribute SOMETHING?!? What A-holes!

Campaigns based on social skills? What next, sports based on speed and strength?

@#$%ing bastards!
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."

According to the Little Goon of Skin's Island, Little Goon djohnson could be President Bush's twin.  Imagine that.

If Obama was so charismatic and such a good speaker himself, why would he even need to hire so many charismatic people and good speakers to campaign for him anyway?

He better watch his back.  If Pedro Picasso sees this he might think that djohnson is trying to muscle in on his turf.

You know, I can't figure out why the Johnson Baby Powder primitive would be bothered by licking envelopes.

I used to do that all the time (in Lincoln, where the possibility of a Democrat, liberal, or primitive winning, while not strong, was always there) despite all my highfalutin' eddycation and professional experience.

One of the skills I inadvertently acquired was that I could fold a paper into thirds faster than a machine.

It's so primitival, this idea that they can all be chiefs, when there's a greater need for Indians.

Didn't ole Doc Johnson make a similar complaint about a years ago crying how he doesn't get advancement and raises at work because he's socially retarded?
Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

Yeah, it's him.

I used to confuse the Johnson Baby Powder primitive with the Bayer Aspirin primitive, but for a while now, I've kept them straight.

He probably has assburgers:

Quote
Causes of Asperger's
Nobody knows what causes it, but newest scientific studies have shown that it is caused predominantly by being spoiled, with boredom and being a bitch as secondary causes.

 Treatment
Treatment, or intervention, of Asperger's basically can be boiled down to the following extremely complicated steps:

Open drawer
Get money
Buy gun
Take gun
Point gun at head
Pull trigger
????
Profit!

Common Symptoms

Overall being a ****tard in public without caring that everyone hates you.
Telling various sob stories about being misunderstood/discriminated.
Mumbling to yourself in class like a ****tard.
Talking like a five year old boy with a robotic accent.
Not getting the hint in social situations
Boners
Having multiple Livejournals for the different "aspects of your personality", one of which is naturally filled with slash.
Thinking that everyone else is the one with the problem.
Displaying extreme aggression[!] toward other people.
Yelling sexual harassment when touched by a hot girl.
Running around like a retard claiming superiority to everyone.
Being too ****ing lazy or unable to drive and then complaining about how they can't go anywhere.
Thinking Lawyers can save their asses against the intranets and Lulz

If you have any of these signs, than you are very likely an Asspie.

You are ugly.
You are an otherkin.
You are a furry.
You didn't masturbate until you were 16.
You started masturbating in the crib.
You like using your Xbox more than being with your friends.
You get a bwnner when you read "Sad Case of the Asspie Mind."
You beat the crap out of your sister and tell your parents to kill her.
You're about to go to the discussion page and write, "This article isnt funny my brudder has asberpger's!!!!1"
You talk about killing people who were two decibels too loud while you were reading about your "special talant" in words that make you sound like a blood god cultist.
You frequently create your own thoughts and ideas rather than accept those accepted by society. Because you're right. Always. You ARE right. The other people are WRONG.
you have a Imaginary lawyer, named Bob

Diagnosis

As you can see AssPies are just over the line of Mental Retardation. Peter Szatmari, who literally wrote the book on this shit said, "It was introduced into the official classification systems in 1994 and has grown in popularity as a diagnosis, even though its validity has not been clearly established. It is interesting to note that it was introduced not so much as an indication of its status as a 'true' disorder, but more to stimulate research ... its validity is very much in question. But that won't stop a bunch of ****tards from claiming to have it."

If you feel that you're shy, unusual, highly intelligent, dislike people, fail at social interaction, and have bad hygiene, you may very well require an E-Diagnosis of Asperger's.

If any of these have EVER happened to you, or if you have taken this test, then you DEFINITELY are an Asspie, and need to "come out" to your flist about your "special gift" NOW, while immediately affixing the appropriate pro-aspie userboxes to your Wikipedia admin page so that people know never to argue with you, ever, because that would be discrimination.

Thanks. I thought so.

In my business communications class, we had a whole section devoted to office politics and how to cope with back stabbers. Doc Johnson musta been a liberal arts major.
