Can a president who has been impeached or removed from office via re-election, be convicted of a felony in state courts? I'm sure you know where I'm going here. He could not be pardoned by another president, because it would be on the state level. Question is, has such a thing ever happened, and is it constitutional?

What? How does being reelected remove someone from office?  :stoner: :stoner:

Unfortunately for the DUmmie, no one has even remotely suggested that Trump has committed any crimes, state or federal.  :-)
