Just came across this and made it last night...mmmmmmmmmmm.
2 lbs small red potatoes (cut in half if you like, or 1-1/2 inch chunks)
1/2 to 1 lb bacon, depending on tastes
1 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup mustard (preferably dijon)
1 large onion, diced fine
2 celery stalks, chopped fine
4 eggs
1-1/2 tsp paprika
Boil potatoes for 15 minutes, drain and set in refrigerator to cool.
Place eggs in water, heat to boiling, remove from heat for 12-15 minutes, then cool, peel, and chop.
Cook bacon and crumble.
Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix well, place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour (I recommend 2).
Serves 12.
