Day240b IMHOGroovy Cool- California, the true American state,to move primary up after the first 4.
It's about time that California had influence instead of the afterthought all the way at the end

and wouldn't it be a wonderful thing is Jerry Brown became President (I would love to vote a 4th time for Jerry).

and this would give advantage also to Bernie Sanders and his team mates Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren
and should she run, Michelle Obama and Mike Bloomberg, along with many others.(as the first 4 will still be important, as people who win in SC and Arizona will be right in the mix.

As California is leading the fight against the draconian Steve Bannon and his taking America backwards,
I am 100% in favor of California mattering this time.

Do hope this happens.

(there are a few articles out there, however, all with a Republican slant, and anti-Democratic if I find one that isn't, will post it.)

But how cool would it be if Jerry Brown, generally thought of as the single greatest Governor of all time,
would become President or VP. He would have my vote as would the others mentioned above
(all part of my 44 for 2020 list).
(note- Jerry is term limited so cannot run again for Governor, though if he could he would as always
win the biggest landslide of all.)

The jury is out on that in my mind, Is Moonbeam the worst Gubernor in CA history? Or was Ahhhh-nold the worst. I'm leaning toward Moonbeam being the worst, as he'll have have 4 terms, while Ahhhh-nold just "two".

Note: Ahhhh-nold is limited by law to two terms, one of his terms being part of Gray Davis' second term. Because Moonbeam's first two terms were before CA's term limit law was passed, Moonbeam's allowed two terms started when he was elected Guber in 2010.

California's primary is in June. The last time CA's June primary was relevant in a Presidential election was in 1980, when CA put Reagan over the top of Anderson. I don't know what the general effect of CA's primary being relevant would be, but it sure as Hades would be nice not to have a choice between rubber-stamping the already "chosen" R candidate and several candidates who have already withdrawn.

Ya'll are missing the true beauty of CA moving their primary forward. It will essentially force ALL Dem candidates further left to secure those delegates, and we all know how well those leftist values play in the rest of the country. This will serve to further weaken the Dem candidate in a national election.

If a far Leftie loon carries the popular primary vote in CA by a big margin, and the Dem-establishment Chosen One is someone else, that would kick off a cat fight in the Demoncratic Party the likes of which would put the Hitlery-Bernie battles to shame.
