Blue-Jay (1000+ posts) Sat Aug-16-08 04:26 PMOriginal message I've never encountered a "McCain Supporter". Have you? Advertisements [?]Oh sure, I've seen plenty of folks who are going to vote for that silly old bastard, but I've never seen anyone who has anything nice to say about him. Even McCain's own website is mostly devoted to bashing Sen Obama, yet strangely silent about why anyone should support him. It's weird. Nobody has anything positive to say about John McCain, except that he was a POW. That's it. How did this guy secure the GOP nomination? Nobody really likes him. Even ****o Limbaugh rips on the guy every day. They don't want him to win; they just want the (D) to lose. That's all they can offer to any debate regarding the upcoming general election. Why hasn't anyone hipped me to the wonderful world of John McCain? Perhaps, they're just going to vote AGAINST the marxist, socialist, young, inexperienced, muslin, black separatist, christian, fit, intelligent, elitist ******. (before anyone gets upset, I used a word that I hate and have gotten into fistfights over)

Yesterday...for the first time...I had the displeasure of meeting two McBush Lovers... ...and the asshole and his pal had a collective IQ of maybe 40...and that is giving both of them the benefit of the doubt.A Navy Vet ~~ female medic ~~ and I took these two assholes on and owned them in less than 60 seconds!Like shooting fish in a barrel!

Yesterday, my friend's roommate was telling me he was reluctant to vote for John McCain, despite having voted for George Bush twice. Of course, he had no kind words for Obama, but none for McCain either. "I'm just so disillusioned with politics and politicians right now," he said. "I may not vote at all."Eeeeexcellent...

He's not black.Beyond those two issues (concealed, though they may be, in less stark framing), I've never heard any argument put forth in support of McCain. And even those two issues are abhorrent to anyone with any sense of how the world works. At a local county fair last night, I saw a registration station for good ol' McCain, along with a lot of idiots wearing Vote McCain t-shirts.

Ironically enough, most of the "McCain supporters" seem to be alleged "Democrats" As in the pharma-funded kitty cult members. The Republicans I know would rather vote Barr or write in Ron Paul. And I'm encouraging them to do so
sweets (1000+ posts) Sat Aug-16-08 05:08 PMResponse to Original message 28. my hairdresser who has lived in arizona her entire life is supporting McCain. she said "he's been our senator for a long time -- i'm voting for him". she was shocked when i told her i was an obama supporter. for some reason, i detected a bit of racisim on her part.
I am the messi-uh. If thou hast other candidates before Me, thou art a Racist.
