I've yet to see any lib explain why it's a bad thing to have Congress deal with the situation by writing a LAW.  That's all DJT has done.

Obama tried to write law by Executive Order; the courts smacked him down. That means DACA is null and void, and existing laws are in force. Someone who heard/read the announcement can set set me straight on this, but I think what was announced is how Trump's Administration will enforce existing law unless and until Congress changes it.
