hey,
faverer did well with that 3 route playbook he's operating with ...
mind you, against one of the worst pass defenses in the league, with a totally new coaching staff, during the pre season...
but, I do think faverer will help lead the jets to 6 wins this year ....
too bad the Pats, Bills & the rest of the AFC will OWN the jets & their new commander n beotch....
every time you try to use a stat or a fact, I think the world gets a little dumber. last year the redskins had a middle of the
pack (or slightly better) defense within the conference as well as the overall NFL.
if favre had bombed, you would have wet your dress in delight. as it is, you have to find a few retarded reasons that
a pretty decent series despite a dozen massive obstacles (after a mere week in camp, studying a completely different
offense, with receivers that he has no experience with, and thus no timing down with, and his best receiver in street clothes)
is somehow irrelevant.
and the question isn't whether the pats will kill the jets or not, it's whether the jets will be a better team with favre than
without him. THEY at least understand the goal, which is to put the best possible team on the field.
