I'm a General Aviation Pilot.

I can share up to 50% of the cost of any flight I make with my passengers. If I want to make money, the article gives the solution...

No different than Uber who would not want any of its drivers to operate without the proper license. But show me where Uber says they want unlicensed drivers and you'll make your case that improperly licensed pilots should be able to make money flying passengers.

One wonders if this law will reduce plane ticket prices and encourage people to start businesses.
