Didn't there used to be a policy of including a photo on "Breaking News" threads, along with up to say 5 paragraphs of the story and related commentary?

Is this what it's come to? Some ****ing prisoner complaining about rotten potatoes in a prison now qualifies as breaking news?

Now that the US is a police state, every American should expect to be arrested at some point.

Of course not.

What should have happened is the mods should have deleted the entire thread and issued a warning to the poster.

This site is private property. What do Americans believe about private property?

If the freedom of speech be taken away, then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.

That would be true only if the United States Government were the owner of the site.

It's not.

You know the US is doomed when Americans would rather attack those who defend freedom instead of criticizing the government that is enslaving them.

I don't see where you are defending freedom. It seems more like you are the guy standing on the street corner with a 'Repent, the end is near' sign.

The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to say nothing.

If the freedom of speech be taken away, then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.

Just answer the question: This site is private property. What do Americans believe about private property?

Because third world peasant labor is a good thing.

A patriot must always be ready to defend his country against its government.
