The radio talk show host Bruce Williams used to say something about how some people only need to be told that a stove is hot and they know not to touch it, others need to smell burning flesh.  A shot in the nuts is the only kind of dispersal order these shitgibbons understand.

I slowed it down to .25 and it looked to me like it hit him in lower abdomen. It did not hit him in the nuts.  Still gonna hurt pretty much no matter where it hit. 

Too bad. I would have loved it to see the punk laying in his own puke, waking up the next day with balls the size of baseballs.

Bet you're right, but it'll give the prosecutors some leverage to "cut him a break" by dropping it to a lesser charge.

He may also have thrown one back. I don't know if that makes much difference, though. PHX has a D Mayor, and (IIRC) voted against Sheriff Arpaio, even in elections he won. So I suspect the DA and local prosecutor's off will be at least some what liberal and sympathetic.

Over-charging seems to have become a tactic for some prosecutors, using the cost of defending oneself as leverage to get a plea to a lesser charge. At least, in this case, if this moron pleas down to a misdemeanor he'll have a criminal record and have to choose between admitting it on job applications (and a subsequent explanation) or lying about it (which could be grounds for being fired).

He also live in the Phoenix area, so he may get recognized by people here and there. So his "renown" will be greater (he may be a "hero" to ASU students, but that will fade quickly as they graduate).
