Just to give you a short serious answer, it won't happen because there isn't a regional division, or enough of one, for two polarized sides to draw on a territorial base and form a proto-state on reasonably safe territory, the two sides and the middle are completely intermingled without an overwhelming regional issue (And an equally-powerful motive to oppose it outside the region) to define a conflict around which such a war could crystallize.
Also, so many people on each side are big-talking keyboard commandos who in fact are completely dependent on the central government remaining intact, with its banking, transportation, and distribution network, that despite the absurdly threatening and self-proclaimed bad-assery there aren't very many people committed to either side who are willing to throw away everything they have and put their lives on the line.
