I know the "Christian left" are those who pretend to be obedient to Christ but are more interested in their political end game than in being obedient to the truth. But what is the "Christian right"?
It's Progs' new epithet for the "Religious Right" - same bogeyman, new epithet.
Since they would probably include me under that epithet, here's how I saw Trump vs. Hillary:
Trump: Twice divorced, thrice married, past womanizer; stupid rumors like this one aside, he seems to have been faithful to Melania the past 10 years; self-aggrandizing but successful businessman;
Hillary: Thrown off the Watergate investigation staff for unethical actions; got a rapist client off on a lesser charge by threatening to subject the victim to psychological evaluations and other assaults on her character; supported and covered up for her serial philanderer-rapist husband and demonized his victims while First Lady of AR and of the US; used the Clinton Foundation as a pay-to-play, self-dealing slush-fund; grossly inept as SecState; mishandled and compromised classified materials by trying to circumvent public records and FOIA laws/regs.
IOW, Trump was/is flawed; Hillary was/is horrifyingly flawed and dangerous. Also in my view, Trump is doing much better than I expected, actually keeping and fighting to keep campaign promises I liked, but didn't believe he'd keep. Hillary's ineptitude would probably have made her worse than I feared, just as Obama was worse than I feared.
I realize DU-folk would not agree with my views and perceptions, but since they are making straw man arguments about what they
think my views
should be, the above is
what my views actually are, and therefore the bases of my trump vs. Hillary decision.
