Gar nicht so einfach.  However, perhaps due to their 'Post-modern' below-replacement native birth rate, they don't actively discourage it as some countries do, and they make the language classes quite accessible, you just have to pass language exams that seem to resemble a first-year German college final exam at a decent school here, if you want to stick around for keeps after you take the courses.
