Oh, where to begin with this?
First and foremost, this would be an absolute travesty to the entire American system of government which had been in place since the signing of the Constitution, as well as to the general principles of law and order, and all those involved would be guilty of high treason. We are a constitutional republic, we do not let an explosion of lawlessness such as what's described here change who our leaders are and go against the will of the voters.
In addition, do you think Congress and the Supreme Court would stand for this? I'm going to hazard a guess and say, hell no. Even the Democrats in both those branches would recognize that little coup as being highly illegal and unconstitutional, and take action to stop it.

Don't count on that. Plus, again, the Senate and Supreme Court would hold far more influence than them.

There's no way in Hell any of those groups would go along with it (With the possible exception of "Mark's Pizza delivery guys"; I'd imagine they'd support such a coup, as Moo- chelle Obama's wanton gluttony undoubtedly fattened their bank accounts as much as it fattened her rear end).
For starters, the Secret Service's loyalties lie with whoever is the sitting US president at the time, which would be Trump.
Second, even if that weren't the case, I VERY seriously doubt that the Secret Service would switch their loyalties over to the Clintons and the Obamas. See, from what I've heard, the Clintons (Hillary in particular; Agents considered being assigned to her to be a form of punishment) and ESPECIALLY the Obamas treated the Secret Service agents like crap during their respective administrations, there's no way the S.S. would want them back in power. I'm fairly certain that would also hold true for the rest of the White House's "old time employees."
Third, you think the military will go along with it? They, too, are loyal to whoever is the sitting US president at the time, which would be Trump. They also hate both the Clintons (BJ Bill infamously gutted the military's funding) and the Obamas (Barack constantly derided the US Military in too many ways to count, moved to cut military personnel, and made it more about political correctness than national defense; In a Military Times/ Institute for Veterans and Military Families poll taken shortly before Obama left office indicated that only about 36% of them approved of his job as Commander in Chief).
Fourth, you think the DC police will go along with it? You really think they'll all knowingly betray their own jobs, their own obligation to uphold the law, and their own country in general in order to illegally reinstate Obama, the man who as president constantly insulted and criticized the police and openly sided with the lawless thuggery of Black Lives Matter? For that matter, Hillary also openly defended Black Lives Matter during one of her Presidential Debates with Trump.
However, while what the DUmmies proposed is of course idiotic as usual, I would LOVE to see the Obamas and Clintons try it, so they and their gaggle of henchmen could inevitably fail, be arrested (Assuming they're not killed in the attempt), convicted of high treason and God knows what else, and each spend the rest of their lives rotting in prison.
