I just got back from shooting in the July East Coast Steel Challenge match and I'm feeling good. Sorry to hear that retrowire is down in the dumps.  :-)

If rw is still working out and challenging himself at Planet Fitness, being a vegan may be causing him problems. In general, his body will need more of the "building blocks" commonly called proteins. If he hasn't boosted his protein intake - food or supplements - his body can't recover from work-outs as well and fast as it should. And being low on protein will affect his mental state. More particularly, the amino acids methionine and lysine are less easy to get in sufficient amount; regular work-outs will increase the need for those amino acids as part of the general increased need.

Planet Fitness, famous for "lunk alarms".  I don't know how much actual "working out" gets done at a place that regularly hands out pizza and Tootsie Rolls to its members.

As I write this I'm basking in the glow of having shot in another Steel Challenge match. My gunz are all clean, lubed and ready for tomorrow (another steel match), my ammo is replenished and I'm now enjoying twin third pounders hot off the grill, a cold Yuengling Lager and feeling bad for retrowire.

If the DUmmie is at Planet Fitness, then there's a significant likelihood that the DUmmie either is too stupid to know which locker room to use, or else the DUmmie is a pervert hoping for a peep show.  Since Planet Fitness specifically caters to the trans-testicle crowd, to the specific exclusion of normal people, DUmmie has a very good chance of being either stupid or a pervert.
