As has been pointed out - by Vox, IIRC - the creator of the gif is a "nobody", not some pol, member of the commentariat, or a celeb. There would be no service to the public in revealing his name. It would accomplish two things: make the guy/gal a target for Lib & Prog loonies (e.g. DU-folk); be a brief salve to
FNN's wounded pride.
