He can ask for anything he wants from from the Justice Dept. That doesn't mean the FBI will cooperate, but he can ask. He wants ALL details of the Investigation which is way over the line and I bet the FBI will tell him to pound sand.

McCabe is being sued by a former female SA for wrongful termination in a sexual discrimination case. She had an exemplary career.

Numerous high ranking people in the military and LE community are testifying / have made statements on her behalf.

Including Flynn.

Many people, including myself, think Flynn was railroaded for crossing McCabe.

McCabe is also under investigation for violating the Hatch act for campaigning for his wife as she ran for state legislator.

Hillary also campaigned for McCabe's wife while McCabe was overseeing the investigation into Hillary's illegal email server.

I think Mueller and the DOJ do need to explain their hiring pattern for the Special Counsel. He couldn't be going much further left without hiring Hillary, Loretta Lynch, and Cheryl Mills.

Add in the fact that McCabe named Comey's good friend Robert Mueller as the special investigator and Mueller has hired many democrats that donated to Hillary, the democrats or Obama, and there is a lot of reasons to question McCabe's integrity.

How can he be removed?  Well dummie, he can commit an actual crime and be imprisoned or he can lose the next election.  Chances of that are slim and none and none is the fastest horse in the race.
