Looks like kt can blame Obama for that:DoublePulsar is a backdoor implant tool developed by the U.S. National Security Agency's (NSA) Equation Group that was leaked by The Shadow Brokers in early 2017.
The timing of the leak means the leak happened during Obama's
MALAdministration, and the malware was probably also developed during Obama's
MALAdministration. The open question is whether the malware was planted on kt's computer by Obama's peeps or by someone prepping for a ransomware attack. If kt has a porn site, I hope it's a ransomware attack that trashes his data and his servers.
Now, why in Hades would kt be going to DU with a question like that? DU-members are more likely to have computers infected with loads of malware than to know how to deal with super-sophistiacated malware like "DoublePulsar".
