Virtually every elected Republican seems to lack sympathy, empathy, decency, and just plain humanity.

What's wrong with these people?

They're putting together a health care plan to **** millions.

They want only vanilla, "Christian," Republicans to have the right to vote.

Their denial of global warming screws their own progeny.

They don't care about poverty and homelessness in America.

They don't care if children are not educated and/or hungry.

They consistently play to racism, bigotry and homophobia.

They really don't give a rat's ass about the unemployed.

They've closed ranks behind an unbalanced president.

Their vision of the future doesn't extend beyond the next election.

They've raised hypocrisy to an art form.

They've turned their backs on fairness and a level playing field.

Their attitude seems to be: "I'm okay. **** everyone else."

What's wrong with these people?

I've noticed that while liberals claim to be the promoters and defenders of all these "wonderful things", when you look at the motive behind *why* they promote or defend them, it's all for selfish reasons having to do with them or their ideology. Virtually 100% of what the political left has done that has had any benefit for the common person was incidental to the reason they wanted it. And they've done far more harm than good, all of which they try to pass off onto others as not being their fault.

The only reason Democrats care about anything is to get people's votes.  And then you're thrown in the trash heap for another 2-4 yrs.
