But it's really counterproductive and even wrong to go shooting at them, even when they themselves go out of their way to facilitate a proliferation of guns on the streets of America... Even arming mentally unstable people out there.

In spite of their own prior rhetoric about the 2nd Amendment making it alright to shoot politicians, I won't fault them that much for their own hypocrisy when it comes to their own getting shot.

In spite of their lack of concern for people unlike themselves, they are human. Barely.

Also, I'd like to point out for the record that shooting at Congressional Republicans is not typical for any of us on the left. Most of us recognize that such a thing is wrong and we'd rather do something about GOPrs with the business end of a ballot box, not the business end of a gun.

I will say that I can't wait until the NRA spins this debacle, I'm sure that most of us don't keep syrup of ipecac in the house for emergencies.

Lastly, I'm sure that we're all glad to see that Steve Scalise will recover from his wounds. I'm sure that he can't wait to leave the hospital so he can get back to the important work of denying health care to millions of Americans.

Just as an overall observation today the DUmmies really cannot hide their hate for all things American and the American people in general. A lefty shoots a conservative Republican and all this crap of a person can say is he hates Republicans.

Lamond has made it clear he would kill if he thought he could get away with it. He can't let go of his hatred. He never will. Would not be surprised to see him try and pull a Hodgkinson at some point.

Wrong. Most of us wholeheartedly support banning liberals from owning any and all dangerous weapons.  The sharpest thing you should own is a crayon.

Funny you mention that, my first though upon hearing of the shooting was that it most likely was Lamond or one of the other mentally ill DUmmies.

More proof democrats should never be able to own weapons. Take democrats (and their special victim groups) out of the stats and we are lower in violent crime than Norway.
