11. even for Graham, thats alot of bullshit. Mueller can't stop Comey from appearing in fron of a senate hearing our issuing a statement of fact pertaining to trump's action with him. Mueller is task with the bigger picture of trump/admin and Putin collusion for profit

Mueller's case /cases are solid without Comey ...
so he must just be giving the House & Senate enough of the available evidence necessary for them to STEP the **** UP
And do their sworn duty to serve as a check & balance when the POTUS Obstructs Justice repeatedly.......

14. WRONG. Several lawyers on tv have said either it IS or COULD BE.

I think they know more than Graham, who has gotten a tingle in his leg ever since Trump called him before firing Comey and made Graham feel special.

Graham is no longer objective and credible. SAD.

Next week articles of impeachment will be introduced in the House, it will be an open and shut case and I'm sure even the staunchest repukes will want to wash their hands of this stolen Presidency.
The Democrats in both the house and Senate are filing suit against tRump next week also so he may just resign rather than go through the humiliation of a trial.

It is Mueller who has to make the case that there was obstruction of justice. What Comey is doing is putting out a careful, contemporaneously documented account of the meetings he had with Trump before he was fired.

What has already been made clear is:

Comey was NOT going to end the inquiry into Flynn or anything else.
Trump asked for "loyalty", which was not given -- and which is inconsistent with their roles. Comey also doubled down that "loyalty" was not just asked for, but was a condition for him staying.

This was then followed by Trump firing him -- and his administration blaming it on how he handled the Clinton case. However, the Trump administration has already undermined that "cover" by:

Trump himself claiming it was about the Russia ties investigation
Rosenstein admitting that the decision to fire Comey predated the writing of that memo - making it less likely that it was the reason behind that.

Comey's accounts lead directly to questions for Sessions, Trump and Rosenstein on why Comey, who had a 10 year term was fired WHILE WORKING ON THIS INVESTIGATION.

In 24 US House of Representative hours, Trump will be impeached, frog marched from the White House and hung by the neck in the capitol rotunda until dead!!!!!   Then his corpse will be sued and his wife and daughter will have to work in a dem brothel to pay the bill!!!!!!

Wednesday on CNN’s “AC 360,” Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz insisted the argument that President Donald Trump had obstructed justice with his reported remarks to former FBI Director James Comey was flawed given the president of the United States’ constitutional powers.

Dershowitz explained to host Anderson Cooper that as president, Trump could have instructed Comey not to pursue an investigation against former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn or he could have pardoned him and have made the investigation a moot point.
“Well first of all, let’s look at the big constitutional picture,” Dershowitz said. “The president could have told Comey you are commanded, directed to block the prosecution against Flynn. The president has the right to do that. Comey acknowledges that. He says in the statement that historically, historically presidents have done that to the Justice Department. But in the last few years, we’ve had a tradition of separation.”

“But that tradition doesn’t create crime,” he continued. “Remember also what the president could have done – he could have said to Comey, ‘Stop this investigation. I am now pardoning Flynn. That’s what President Bush did in the beginning of the investigation of Casper Weinberger, which could have led back to the White House to the first President Bush, President Bush on the eve of the trial pardoned Casper Weinberger, pardoned six people and special counsel Walsh said, ‘This is outrageous. He’s stopping the investigation. Nobody’s talking about obstruction of justice. You cannot have obstruction of justice when the president exercises his constitutional authority to pardon, his constitutional authority to fire the director of the FBI or his constitutional authority to the director of the FBI who to prosecute, who not to prosecute. So let’s get out of the weeds and let’s look at the big constitutional question.”
“What I am telling you is even if he did want to impede it and if he did impede it, that is his constitutional power,” he added. “He has the right to say, ‘You will not investigate Flynn. The best proof of that is he could have simply said to Comey, ‘Stop the investigation. I just pardoned Flynn. It’s over.’ My precedent – George Bush. He pardoned Weinberger when he could have easily pointed the finger back at Bush.”
