Well, there’s a gobsmacking amount of irony in this story.

After several Islamic Terrorist Attacks in the U.K. brought about by official policies of the U.K government, the most recent attack in London (again); the Mayor of the city of London Sadiq Khan (a Muslim) is now calling for an open border policy for all Muslim immigrants and a ban against any visit from U.S. President Donald Trump.

Cancel Donald Trump state visit, says Sadiq Khan, after London attack tweets

London mayor says US president is wrong about many things and that state visit to Britain should not go ahead

The London mayor, Sadiq Khan, has called on the British government to cancel a planned state visit by Donald Trump after being criticised in two tweets by the US president.

“I don’t think we should roll out the red carpet to the president of the USA in the circumstances where his policies go against everything we stand for,” he said.

Trump’s tirade also appeared to act as a rebuke to the acting US ambassador to Britain, Lewis Lukens, who had put out a thread of tweets, culminating in a retweet of Khan’s statement.

“I commend the strong leadership of the mayor of London as he leads the city forward after this heinous attack,” the acting ambassador said.

Hillary sides with London mayor, criticizes Trump during speech to youth program

Hillary Clinton’s solution to combating terrorism? “Understand” those different from us, apparently including terrorists, right down to the foods they eat.

While speaking Monday at a Baltimore fundraiser for a youth program that sends students to Israel, Clinton lashed out at President Trump and his response to the latest London terrorist attack.

Her voice turning stern, Hillary said, “This is not a time to lash out, to incite fear or to use tragedy and terror for political gain.”

Clinton was responding to President Trump’s criticism of Mayor Khan earlier today.

“Pathetic excuse by London Mayor Sadiq Khan who had to think fast on his “no reason to be alarmed” statement. (Mainstream Media) is working hard to sell it!” Trump tweeted.

So, too, is Hillary Clinton, apparently, for it’s not exactly clear what is to be gained by “understanding” the “experiences” and foods of people who mowed down innocents with delivery vans.
