Not funny and a complete logical fail.  Anyone with the means to do so (i.e. DT) can be on a private jet to anywhere in the world within a matter of a couple of hours, and sometimes just a few minutes.  Not to mention his very own private jets that are still as his disposal.

Sounds to me like this happened to young Rock Head himself and it still hurts enough all these many years later that he projects it onto Trump.
