Another day, another time of MSNBC giving Congresswoman Maxine Waters a platform to air her nutty conspiracy theories.

On Thursday, Waters alleged that Vladimir Putin and “the Kremlin” came up with the “Crooked Hillary” nickname Donald Trump frequently used on the campaign trail.
