For those who don't know where the DUmmy screen name "Tommy Carcetti" comes from...

A great TV series called "The Wire".  Carcetti was a white politician in overwhelming black Baltimore.  Corrupt as the day is long, for lack of a better phrase.  But Carcetti won, by separating the black candidates.

DUmmy Carcetti is no where near as smart as the character.  Hence, we enjoy his bizzaro rants.
