I have no dog in this hunt, as I don't watch FNC (or any other cable news) and I'm not a Hannity fan. I don't dislike him; I'm just not really a fan.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that Schussel (sp?) was batshit crazy? Wasn't she the one who put forth that fake Kenyan birth certificate? Or am I confusing her with some other birther nutter?
That was Orly Taitz, apparently. Among those who debunked it were the people at World Net Daily (as in, "When an anti-Obama claim is exposed as bogus by WND, it pretty badly bogus!").
Schlussel has gone after Hannity before with bogus claims. Before this one the most notorious was her claim that Freedom Alliance was a fraud, and FA paid for Sean's airfare, cars, hotels, and meals for his Freedom Concert appearances. Freedom Alliance swiftly refuted her claim with info from several years of their IRS Form 990s (they have their most recent IRS Form 990s viewable on their website, BTW) and stated that Sean paid his Freedom Concert appearance expenses out of his own pocket.
