An Important Legal Ruling Against the IRS May Have Huge Implications

In a major victory in the ongoing Lois Lerner scandal at the IRS, non-profit election integrity organization True the Vote defeated an IRS motion to quash discovery in True the Vote v. IRS. The ruling means that everyone involved in the scandal could be compelled to submit every document related to the case and be deposed by True the Vote's legal team.

With Trump being President instead of The CHILL, this could get very interesting. And if the IRS still wants to fight this in court, they're just half a step - the full en banc Appeals Court - from the USSC.

Electing Trump was the only hope of ever seeing any justice done. I just hope he doesn't let people down.  I realize he can only do so much, but he can push for the investigations to be done.

call me cynical, but I have a gut feeling that every document related to the case will have been somehow "accidently" destroyed by some unnamed former staffer at the irs...
