The Palmer Report, Breitbart for the Left?

The Palmer Report may be old news to some, but I just discovered it a few weeks ago (probably through a link on DU).

So far, I've been enjoying the site (he's very anti-Trump) and if even half the articles are substantiated, Trump and his cronies should be going away for a very long time. Furthermore, he seems genuinely concerned with with his site's credibility, as evidenced in this article:

A lot of his sources seem sketchy and he seems to be at the very forefront of the rumor mill, but "Real News" has to start somewhere. So what's the consensus on DU? Is this a legitimate news site? In a political era rife with "Fake News", is the Palmer Report tantamount to a Breitbart for the Left?

I'd love to know what y'all think. . .

The difference is Breitbart occasionally gets something right.  That has yet to happen with the Palmer Report.

When

If the four words above are used in laying out news articles, there would be far less 'fake news' pieces - But they don't, do they ?

No - The people you call journalists are all tied up over the bastard cousin of the Four W's

Why

Once one starts trying to determine 'why' something is or isn't, one is no longer reporting, but editorializing.
