I got a free breakfast this morning
   
I got up bright and early and went to the fast food place to get breakfast and coffee. This man in front of me started raising his voice at the girl at the register because her computer was rebooting and she had to wait for it. He said " Now you've ruined my morning and I'm stuck here dealing with your stupidity!" I told him " Hey jerk you've been waiting thirty seconds and you're throwing a temper tantrum. No one wants to hear your shit this early in the morning. You're only griping at that girl because she can't say anything back to you, but I can asshole. Stop ruining my morning. Zip it and wait for for breakfast or leave!" He left LOL. Then it was my turn at the counter. She said " Your breakfast is on me this morning. Thank you so much you made my day ." 

 

When is someone going to call it on the irony of it letting a minimum wage worker pay for it's breakfast?

Cool , but probably not true. I cannot imagine a fast-food place being so poorly managed that they boot up their registers or server after opening their doors to customers.

As for the petulant impatient guy in the , what's his DU-name?

But I would have thanked her, and then I would have refused her offer to pay. I would have said it was my pleasure to have made her day. And then paid for my breakfast.

I doubt she makes a great deal of money.

Pretty lame. I'd give it two bongs (One for the confrontation, one for being cheered on by a witness, in this case the register girl) . It doesn't start with "So," the jerk/ villain isn't a right- winger or evangelical, it doesn't take place at a gas station or Walmart, and no cops jump out of the bushes.
