The Ds did recorded robo-calls and live GOTV phone calls - 25K of the latter in a House District. The Koslings' effort was ~$150K. The R Party contributed $100K (or $150K). So when it comes to out-of-district funds, the Rs were outspent (don't know whether the unions spent any $$). The MSM is trying to spin it as close, but the R non-incumbent won by 7 percentage points. Chances are, when he runs in 2018 the margin will be greater.
The D candidate in GA has raised >$8M, unusual for a House race. Stinker's problem isn't that the Ds aren't trying, but that he doesn't know how hard they're trying.
