We are still not conclusively able to connect the dots on the question of whether there was any coordination or collusion between members of Donald Trump’s campaign and the Russians who interfered in our election to benefit him, but those dots do continue to multiply at an alarming rate.

First, and we have to keep saying this because this fact keeps getting obscured in the subterfuge of deflection, misdirection and ideological finger-pointing about what has yet to be proven: It is absolutely clear that the Russians did interfere in our election. This is not a debatable issue. This is not fake news. This is not a witch hunt. This happened.

The investigations, rightly, are seeking to figure out exactly how and to what degree, and those questions obviously depend on knowing more about campaign contacts with Russian meddlers.

The journalistic caution in me keeps having to write that these could all be coincidences, but the journalistic instinct has learned long ago that coincidence is the albino alligator of political reality: It exists, but is exceedingly rare.

They can't conclusively connect the dots.  They can't connect the dots in any way, shape, or form.  That makes it fake news and a witch hunt--that is what is not debatable.

In terms of criminal prosecution, it's beyond a reasonable doubt. For our purposes, here, it's far less. In fact I respectfully suggest that WE, THE PEOPLE have an absolute right to know that our president isn't a traitor and the burden of proof is on Trump and his handlers, or whatever they are.
Barry spied on Trump.  That is known way, way beyond a reasonable doubt.

If there were any facts proving collusion between President Trump and the Russians then they would have been leaked already by the Marxist sympathizers left from Obama's regime.

There was no collusion, so all they can do is keep looking for these imaginary "facts" to undermine President Trump.

Charles Blow is a whacko. His opinion pieces over the years confirm this to be the case. His beliefs and the truth seldom have anything in common. This is not a debatable issue. I would sooner believe one of the primitives than I would him, which is to say, his "truth" and opinions are unworthy of any consideration.

There's no dots to connect. Former Obama people have all the transcripts or recordings of the phone calls. Either the MSM have seen/heard them and know there's no "dots" to connect, or they have not but realize there's no reason for the Obama people not to leak the contents, and therefore there's no "dots" to connect. It's a smoke-and-mirrors- game to make it look like there's there there when there's nothing there.

Whatever happened to "Innocent until proven guilty"? That principle establishes that the burden of proof ALWAYS lies with the person making the accusation.
