Donald Harvey, who was serving multiple life sentences, was found beaten in his cell Tuesday afternoon at the state's prison in Toledo, state officials said.

I always have mixed feelings about this sort of thing. On the one hand I'm glad he is dead. That boy  was so broken there just wasn't any fixing to be done,so basically,he was a oxygen thief.

On the other hand,maybe he didn't suffer enough?
