I knew what I would find, but I Googled "I don't care what's in the bill. I just want a ceremony". It's a fake quote, a straw man concocted by DSB or someone he copied without attribution. To invert the word made famous by economic news during the OhBummer! MALAdministration, EXPECTEDLY.
